Hylocereus undatus Dark Star is a medium to large sized fruit that typically weighs 0.75-1.25 pounds. This variety has long skinny bracts or fins that make it especially attractive. The fruit have a mild grape-like flavor that is most enjoyed when chilled and eaten fresh. This variety is self pollinating, and it will set fruit on its own. |
