Atitlan This variety is named for a lake in Guatemala that lies high among Central American volcanoes. It is a medium to large sized fruit typically weighing 0.75-1.0 pounds. The pulp is flavorful having a sweet and tangy taste. This variety would best be used as a garnish or in combination with other juices. It is self pollinating. |
