The plants we ship are
in three gallon containers, and their planted height is 30-40 inches.
They can now be packed one per box or two per box . Plants shipped internationally and to Hawaii must be bare rooted.
To submit an order you
can call, fax, or email the office with your request. The shipping
address, the type of plants and the quantity of each are necessary
to calculate all applicable charges. To most cities in the continental
U.S the total charge is less than ninety dollars. However, California does require a phytosanitary certificate which is an additional
fifty-five dollars. Arizona prohibits all mail order plants from Florida. Plant material can only be recieved by nurseries in Arizona on a pre-approved list with the Arizona Department of Agriculture.
The preferred method of
payment is with a Visa or Master Card. We encourage you to call, fax,
or email the office with your card number and expiration date.
We will cease shipping out of Florida when cold temperatures threaten the plants while in transit. This is typically from November to March. Southern California is included due to shipping routes.
Only the finest quality
plants are shipped, and ninety-nine percent of the time they arrive
in excellent condition. However, we can not guarantee they will be
handled with care or delivered on time. Therefore, the contents of a damaged package should be inspected upon delivery in front of the driver. Do not sign for and refuse to accept the package if the plants are damaged. Claims involving mishandled packages will be resolved immediately. Please make us aware of the plants condition upon arrival whether it is good or bad.
