2. When you place your order tell us who you are, what you’d like, when you want it, where you need it to go, and how you’d like it to get there.

3. Let us confirm your order by phone, fax, or email.

*All new customers will be asked for identification which can be a re-sale tax certificate, nursery registration certificate, or other industry credential.

Shipping Options

FedEx Ground - best for sending small quantities of 3 gallon (10” pot) size material within North America. The destination city and state along with the plant list is needed to calculate all applicable charges.

FedEx Freight - best for sending medium size orders of mixed container sizes within North America. The number of plants per pallet will depend on the container size and overall height of the plants requested. Request a quote by sending us the delivery address and plant list including container sizes.

Our Trucks - best for delivery of any size material from about I-4 (Tampa, Orlando, & Daytona Beach) south to Key West. Delivery is still free with a $750.00 order.

Semi-truck - best for LTL or full truck loads to all destinations outside our own truck’s range. The freight bill is paid directly to the carrier, and an account may be necessary to schedule a pick up. In general they do have minimum charges. Let us help you find a carrier and estimate the amount of space needed by providing us with the delivery address and plant list including container sizes.

Ocean Vessel - best for all cargo destined for the Caribbean. Twenty or forty foot reefers can be loaded and certified to all ports including Grand Cayman. Smaller orders valued at no less than $750 can be delivered to the Port of Miami, Port Everglades, or a freight forwarder. This freight bill is paid directly to the carrier, and an account may be necessary. Let us help you find a carrier and estimate the amount of space needed by providing us with the destination and plant list including container sizes.

Packing

The plants can be boxed and/or sleeved upon request. Some freight companies will require sleeved or
boxed plants. The charge for boxes for FedEx Ground service is included in the shipping/packing charge.
Otherwise sleeves and boxes will be billed at the following rates:
